In the early 2000's as an international student studying in Melbourne Australia, it was hard to find a Vietnamese restaurant which provided a taste of Vietnam. 

Growing up in Vietnam you would walk down the streets and smell the fresh cooking of the vendors on street, this is still the case today when traveling around Vietnam that you could smell the grilled meats of pork (Sườn Nướng) for (Cơm Tấm), Vietnamese food is prepared fresh daily with a lot of vendors getting up early in the morning to ensure that the food is ready to be served.
